So far, the response toward Lee Cooper’s decision to go digital has been quite positive, considering that the products are dedicated to Indonesian youngsters who are tech-savvy enough. Today, Lee Cooper serves COD payment method, thanks to Vela Asia.

Although has yet got any official introduction, both Lee Cooper and Vela Asia confirmed to DailySocial that the report was true and that the method was on trial in Jabodetabek at the moment.

The procedure involves a call from Lee Cooper’s customer service to confirm customers’ order and shipping address right after they finish ordering. They will also get the chance to re-confirm the order.

Based on the report we received, customers must reach a minimum order of Rp 200 thousand before being able to pay the order using COD method. However, they can’t have more than Rp 5 million-worth order to able to employ this method. It should be noted that the goods aren’t to be opened before the payment process is completed. Unfortunately, both parties have yet given any detailed explanation about the additional cost that customers must pay should they opt to take this payment method.
